Social Media

The hardest part of social media isn’t creativity. It’s consistency.

Almost every local business page we look at follows the same pattern: an energetic stretch of posts, then a gap, then an apology post, then another gap. Not because the owner ran out of ideas — because Tuesday got busy, and it did for eleven Tuesdays in a row.

That gap costs more than it looks like it does. A page that hasn’t posted since March reads as a business that might not be open. Meanwhile the local Facebook groups where people ask “who do you recommend for…” are producing referrals every week, and you’re not top of mind in any of them.

Our job is to take social media off your plate without making it sound like it came off your plate. That means a plan built from your actual work, a posting rhythm that doesn’t depend on your week, and somebody watching the comments and messages so a customer asking about availability gets an answer the same day.

Who this is for

No time for it

You know it matters, you’ve tried to keep up, and the business always wins the fight for your Tuesday afternoon.

Visual work, no showcase

Your finished projects, dishes, spaces, or transformations are genuinely worth seeing — and almost nobody outside your customers has seen them.

Missed messages

People are asking questions in your comments and DMs, and by the time you see them they’ve already hired somebody else.

What managed social media includes

Scope is set per client — a restaurant with daily specials and a contractor with monthly project photos need different plans. These are the pieces we assemble from.

  • A content plan, not a posting schedule. A defined mix of the post types that work for your business: finished work, behind the scenes, the team, customer questions answered, seasonal offers, and local community moments.
  • Monthly calendar, approved in advance. You see the month before it goes out and can change anything. No surprises on your own page.
  • Writing and design in your voice. Captions, graphics, and short-form video edits built from the brand voice we set in brand strategy — so it still sounds like you, not like a marketing department.
  • Scheduling and publishing across Facebook and Instagram, including Stories and Reels where they fit, at the times your audience is actually on.
  • Community management. Comments, replies, and messages monitored on business days, with real inquiries routed to you immediately instead of sitting in an inbox nobody owns.
  • Local participation. Tagging and engaging with the neighboring businesses, chambers, events, and community pages that generate word-of-mouth around Lake Murray — the part almost no out-of-town agency does.
  • Simple monthly reporting. Reach, engagement, follower growth, and — the number that matters — how many people clicked through, called, or messaged.
  • Boosted posts and light paid support when there’s a specific event, opening, or offer worth putting money behind. Optional, and always with a set budget you approve.

How the engagement works

Front-loaded setup, then a rhythm that runs without pulling on you.

01

Discover

We audit your current profiles, look at what your local competitors post and where they’re weak, and agree on the two or three things social media is supposed to accomplish for you.

02

Build

Profiles cleaned up and completed, the content pillars set, a photo and video capture routine you can sustain, and the first month’s calendar built and approved.

03

Grow

Monthly cycle from there: plan, approve, publish, engage, report. We drop what isn’t landing and do more of what is.

Common questions

Which platforms should we actually be on?

For most local businesses in the Midlands, Facebook first — the town and neighborhood groups are where local word of mouth happens — then Instagram if your work is visual. LinkedIn only if you sell to other businesses. Being genuinely good on one platform beats being thin on four.

How often do we need to post?

A sustainable two or three posts a week, kept up for a year, outperforms daily posting that stops after six weeks. We set the cadence to what the content pipeline can actually support, then hold it.

Do you need photos from us?

Yes, and they’re the most valuable thing you can give us. Real photos of your work, your space, and your team outperform stock images every time. We’ll set up a simple routine for capturing them on your phone, and we can arrange a photo session when the library runs dry.

Will you answer messages and comments for us?

Yes — monitoring comments, replies, and direct messages is part of the work, including routing real leads straight to you rather than letting them sit in an inbox. Anything requiring a quote, a technical answer, or a judgment call about a customer comes to you.

What this connects to

Social media is the most visible service and the one that depends most on the others. Brand strategy gives it a message worth repeating, content supplies the photography and copy it runs on, and local SEO catches the people who see you on social and then search your name a week later. And AI solutions are what make a consistent posting schedule survivable when nobody on staff has an hour a week to spare for it.
